What is your Shipping Policy?

Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.
An automated e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped and your funds are captured. If we do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any back order or cancellation information.

FREE Standard Shipping on Orders of $75.00 or Over
Standard shipping via UPS ground is available within the Continental United States. Actual shipping time is 3-5 business days. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Saturday delivery is not available.

$8.00 Standard Shipping on Orders less than $75.00
Standard shipping via UPS 3-5 business day service. Any orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, regardless of purchase amount, will be $22.00. Military addresses will be shipped the following business day via United States Postal Service regardless of purchase amount.

$16.00 2nd Day Air Shipping on all Orders
2nd Day Air shipping via UPS is available within the Continental United States, for orders placed before 11:30 am C.S.T. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:30 am CST on Fridays will be shipped the following business day. Expedited shipping is NOT available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses.

$25.00 Overnight Shipping on all Orders
Overnight shipping via UPS is available within the Continental United States, for orders placed before 11:30 am C.S.T. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:30 am CST on Fridays will be shipped the following business day. Expedited shipping is NOT available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses.

Canadian Orders

Orders shipping to Canada must be placed at 866-454-0449 or 414-908-1851. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground service. UPS charges include duty, brokerage, freight and GST. Canadian credit cards will be charged in Canadian dollars.
