How do I return or exchange items purchased online?

Return arrangements must be made within 30 days of receipt.  We cannot accept any merchandise back that has visible signs of wear and tear, and must be returned in the original packaging. To determine if shoes are a correct fit, we recommend trying them on carpeted surfaces to avoid visible wear.

 

If you wish to return your merchandise, please ship it back to the address listed on the packing slip and please mark it "Attn: Internet Returns". Please indicate on the packing slip if you would like to receive a refund stating the reason of your return, or if you would like to receive an exchange, please indicate the new size, color, or style on the packing slip.   

 

If you meet the return policy requirements, you will then be credited the amount of the shoes less the shipping fee or will receive an exchange order.  We do provide free outbound shipping for the new items. 

 

For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance from the Post Office, UPS, or whatever means you choose to return your merchandise.
